Fallback to setting the prgname to "<unknown>" if someone doesn't pass in

        * gdk/gdk.c (gdk_init_check): Fallback to setting the prgname to
        "<unknown>" if someone doesn't pass in a valid argc.  (Patch from
        Fabrice Bellet <fabrice@gnu.org>, #54127).
